Refunds may be offered under the following circumstances:

  • If you experience significant technical issues with our platform that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been fully delivered and/or completed.
  • Domain name registration fees, as domain purchases are non-refundable once processed.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after the service has been fully delivered.

2. Refund Time Frame

  • For one-time services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or payment.
  • For subscription-based services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment for the first billing cycle only. Renewals and subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
  • For domain name purchases, no refunds will be issued once the domain has been registered, as these are final upon confirmation.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@rynow.in with the following details:

  • Your full name and account information.
  • Order number or transaction ID.
  • The reason for requesting the refund.
  • Any relevant supporting documentation or screenshots, if applicable.
  • Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
  • Rynow Infotech will not be responsible for any delays caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, Rynow Infotech may offer a partial refund for services that were partially delivered or completed. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service provided.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals.
  • Completed web development projects or services after final delivery and approval.
  • Digital products or services where access has already been granted (e.g., hosting, website builder access).
  • Any promotional or discounted services unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

7. Cancellation of Services

You can cancel your subscription or service at any time by contacting us at support@rynow.in. However, cancellation will not result in a refund unless it falls within the eligible refund period as outlined above.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, please reach out to us directly at support@rynow.in. We will work with you to resolve any disputes or concerns in good faith.
