2. Refund Time Frame
- For one-time services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or payment.
- For subscription-based services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment for the first billing cycle only. Renewals and subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
- For domain name purchases, no refunds will be issued once the domain has been registered, as these are final upon confirmation.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund

- Order number or transaction ID.
- The reason for requesting the refund.
- Any relevant supporting documentation or screenshots, if applicable.
- Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
- Rynow Infotech will not be responsible for any delays caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
